Your healing deserves more than coping skills.
Therapy with me is trauma-informed, nervous-system aware, and centered around you, your story, your pace, and your lived experience as a woman and mother.
This is not a space for perfection.
It’s a space for honesty.

Core Belief
Motherhood doesn’t erase who you were. It reveals what needs care. I don’t believe you are broken. I believe your body and mind are responding to overwhelm, stress, trauma, grief, identity shifts, and the invisible mental load that so many women carry. Our work isn’t about “fixing” you. It’s about understanding you, safely and deeply.
How We Work
Regulate
Before we analyze anything, we create safety in your body.

When your nervous system feels supported, clarity becomes possible. We focus on grounding, emotional regulation, and building internal stability so you don’t feel hijacked by anxiety, rage, guilt, or shutdown.
Normalize
You are not the only one feeling this way.

We make sense of your reactions in the context of pregnancy, postpartum shifts, trauma history, relational stress, systemic pressures, and identity changes. Understanding reduces shame. And reducing shame creates space for healing.
Empower
Healing isn’t just insight; it’s integration.

You’ll leave sessions with both emotional processing and practical tools. My goal is not for you to depend on therapy forever, but to feel more confident navigating your internal world and external relationships.
My work integrates

• Trauma-informed care
• Perinatal mental health frameworks
• Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)
• Attachment-focused approaches
• Nervous-system regulation strategies
• Domestic violence assessment & safety planning
• Multicultural and culturally responsive care
I tailor therapy to you. There is no one-size-fits-all approach here.

• collaborative
• non-judgmental
• honest
• paced
• structured when needed
• spacious when needed

You don’t have to come in with the “right words.”
You don’t have to perform strength.
You don’t have to hide your child if they need to be with you.
Children are welcome in session because healing should not require you to separate from real life.
